Why does my Toaster Oven heat differently than my Conventional Oven?
I have the same problem.

A toaster oven cooks faster than a larger oven. It can maintain its temperature better because it has a smaller space to heat. Carefully follow any special directions on pre-packaged foods. Note that the results vary according to the size of the item and position of the cooking rack.
