Most items are 1 yr warranty, however Firm may fix this under GOODWILL if you state this item should be expected to last longer than 1 yr before breakdown...I found that in most cases if you speak to the company they will listen and be sympathetic to your problem.....Good luck.....
Hey guys I fixed my problem...yay. All I did was to push a red button which I beleive is a resset button on the back of the on/off button part. It ain't visible but if you look in the holes of the screws that hold this part together (they are far down in the hole) one of them hides a small red button. Push it down with a toothpick or anything small enough to fit the hole and you're done. Plug it back and it works.
