I have on a couple of occasions been able to apply some intelligent force and separate the two halves of the rigid black plastic cover of the latch (luckily the bond was weaker than the plastic) and then manipulate the exposed mechanism with a wire or screwdriver or whatever using a strong light and a mirror.

Both times I was able to fit the plastic covers back together after removing the guilty detritus (toffee papers) from inside.

please use queens english ,not being funny i come from a high imigrant area in london so iam used to bad english and as for the americans ?' well they cannot even spell colour correctly but iam trying to make sense of this and all i can think of is that you are not sure of the timing marks ,please ask someone to write in queens english and i will do my utmost to answer it for you

get assistant to hold knob on then tap the washer bottle with a small toffee hammer ,that often works

put some engine oil down the key slot ,leave to soak for a while then tap the end of the lock where the key goes with a small toffee hammer and it might free off

get assistant to hold washer motor control on then give it a clout with a small toffee hammer and see if it works

Sounds like a blown head gasket. Look to see if your oil looks like toffee, or if you have steam coming from your tail pipe when the engine is at normal temperature or if you have a misfire. If you buy a tin of radiator sealing crystals you can cut the water consumption down and they will sometimes temporarily seal a leaking head gasket. At least it will give you time to get it sorted properly.

get someone to hold horn on and then give it a wack with a toffee hammer ,if that doesnt work renew the horn
