Default code is 12345 just go to settings, security settings, change security codes or acess code, then insert code current security code and it will ask you to type new password and again for confirmation. once this done, your security code is reset.Best of luck. for more guidance check user manual guide book.

Hi, I will be able to get you the master code to turn off the security code and reset to what it was when it was new (0000) it will remove the security code and won't ask for the code.
The code will only work if it is asking for the security code when you switch the phone on.
The code won't work if the wrong code has been entered more than 5 times, if it has the phone is hard locked and can only be unlocked using flashlead and unlocking software. Shops will not do this anymore as it is illegal!! You might be able to buy the software of the net.
If the phone is not hard locked i will be able to give you the master code that will reset the security code giving you access to your phone.
I will need your IMEI number, which is on the back of the phone under the battery and looks like 123456/12/123456/1 it is 15 digits long.
I will need this information as every phone has a different master code based on the IMEI number.

hi if the phone is asking for the security code as soon as you switch it on then i can give you the master code that resets the code to what it was when new usually 12345 the code only works if its asking for security code when you switch phone on.
Also the code is only accepted if the code hasnt been entered wrong more than 5 times if it has been entered wrong more than 5 times then the code wont work the code is in my next post ok let me know if you need further assistance ok
