Model rs2533sw panel not reseting after being unplugged

unplugged unit to replace fan to refrigerator pluggede unit back in to power source and panel will not come on.

did you wait for 9 minutes and or did you take and press the top two buttons for about 12 secends and reset the uniot?

I had the same problem (panel would not start up - just flashed one dash after a power outage).

The solution above: pressing the top two buttons for 12 seconds (Power Freeze and Power Cool buttons) reset the panel and everything is working fine now.
