Problem for Sony HT-DDW670 System

Low volume

Hi. I have a dvd player (Phillips DVP5100K), and when I play music in it the home theatre has a normal volume, but when I play a DVD or DVDRip movie the sound is extremely low. I have to set the volume in 50 (the top is 70) to hear something. I tried almost anything, what should I do?. Thank you.
