Question about Brother DCP 115C All-In-One InkJet Printer
After last changed of magneta, the ink leakage down in few hours.
The stain was appeared close to right side in the middle of casing.
After fast leakage low level of ink (to allow black print and a little colour)) was kept long time. And now printer calling to change magneta.
I'm afride about repeated and lost ink without printing like last time
In maintenance mode I have found
MACHINE_ERR: A1,82, A1,82,ETC.

If it's the same as the Brother 4070 you go into printer proerties (press properties next to printer selector after sending a document to print). Choose the advanced tab, on this tab near the top are five buttons with icons on, the second one shows two pages with A and B on, press this to access the duplex and binding options. In there change from "flip on top edge" to "flip on left edge"

SOURCE: printer won't print black ink
From multiple online sources, this appears to be a fairly common problem with this model. As a matter of fact, my 490CW is experiencing the same exact issue. Called tech support and they're issuing an exchange. I'd advise that you do the same.

Powerful cleaning is:
Press menu, then start black copy, then four
times arrow-up quickly after another.Machine will be in maintenance
mode (all lights will flash).
press 7-6-4 and OK (or start-black-copy).
When finished press 7-6-3 then start black copy,
printer will do a power purge.
Leave maintenance mode by pressing 9-9.
If this not help better think about new printer, because cost of repairing this one is profitable.

Get a syringe, remove the needle, remove the ink cartridge and use the syringe to blow air GENTLY through the hole the cartridge connects to. Make sure you have a cleaning cloth to remove ink dislodged from pipe connected at the print head, do this gently to remove any obstruction and there should not be too much mess and can easily be cleaned up.

This is a common problem that Brother is well aware of; in fact, if you call Brother at 1-877-276-8437, they will tell you where to take the machine to get the printhead replaced at NO Cost to you.
