Question about Rangemaster Proffessional 110 Gas Kitchen Range
Without looking at it I would suggest that the burner needs taking out and cleaning inside it. and maybe even the injector. Do not poke the injector with a pin.
Usually there is only one or two screws holding the oven burner in and sometimes they are just clipped in for easy removal and cleaning.
The flame gets 50 % of its air from the air surrounding the flame, the other 50% is mixed inside the burner. If your spill or other obstruction (such as a strand of cobweb) has interrupted the venturi then this will cause a yellow sooty flame. As it seems that your problems started with the spill over it is likely to be the cause. I do not agree with Dik's diagnosos of the Flame Failure Device requiring replacement as they do not fail very often at all.
If you are not confident in removing the burner then get a qualified Gasfitter to look at it.

Hello David,
I am afraid your oven will not be ready for tomorrow.
Now adays all ovens have a FFD (= Flame failure device) also known as FSD (=Flamesafety device), that makes shure that the gassupply is almost shut of when the oven does not burn for some reason.
Often people think it is the thermocouple, but it is not
Yours may be look a little different, but that one needs to be replaced, as repairing it is impossible.
It is connected at the burner
I hope this helps, kind regards, Dik

SOURCE: Rangemaster 110 gas cooker - RH Oven lights but doesn't heat up
Its going to be the fsd gone if the burner lights all the way across, the type of control sparky is on about hasnt been used on domestic uk cookers for around 30-40 years., as its a gas passing part, unless you are gas competent you will have to call in a pro.
