Joystick problem I have a "WingMan Attack" joy stick with a 15 pin Male plug, trouble is that it will not fit any of the ports on my new "E-Machine" computer? Is there an adapter out there to convert it to fit My New Computer? and If so, can you supply me with the discription of the unit and where I might get one?

Wouldn't it be easier to buy a specific analog or digital gameport-to-USB adapter? Most of them are under $10 now, even the name brands.

Do I need a driver for wingman attack 2 on Windows XP, I can't get it to work. I'm very very new at this.

The drivers from Logitech help and can be downloaded from thier support site. The software they have lets you use profiles for all the games you play with the joystick, that way you don't have to constantly calibrate it for each game. The windows drivers will work the joystick....just have to go to control panel, game controllers and enable and calibrate the joystick.

Wingman extreme digital 3d not working.

you dont get any responds or recognition from windows other then in the deivce manager. it is working on the older joystick system so only the game has the capability of recognizing and making the button assignment if it supports joystick drivers.

in case your using driver that are too new here are the drivers for 15 pin logitech devices.

I'm trying to use the cable from my Saitek P750 on my Logitech wingman extreme because the P750 has a USB and a 15 pin the wingman only has a 15 pin. My notebook doesnt have the 15 pin but has 3 USB ports....

Buy a USB to gameport adapter from Radioshack ($1.85!!!! cos it's sooo old) set the switch on the adapter to joystick B (with "hat" switch) and then you can hook it up.....drivers are another issue...I'm still searching..:-)

Need profile for logitech attack 3 joy stick for cod4

You should use logitech wingman profile software, then set up key commands to joystick and then force profile.
Its better than try to mod ini files!
