My samsung tmobile comes on but then immediately says goodby.
On Dec.4 I added $25.00- 300minutes before I went into the hospital. During the past week and a half it had a low battery. I tried to charge it but it comes on then immediately shuts off please help me

Make sure that it does not have water damage?! you can tell if you took the back cover where the battery does and see if you see and sticker that has red ink on it. Most cellphone company put a water activated stick that will change color when it reacts with water?! and it will void your warranty

You have a cpl choices you can either send it back to Tmobile have them reprogram it, try your luck at a Tmobile store have them reload the OS or Reroot the cell with an after market OS old term was "jailbreak" on the iphone kinda same process with the android.
Most people do charge for unlocking codes.Im with tmobile and anytime i get a phone with tmobile logo on it.I call them and tell them if they can help me unlock the phone since i will be travelling outside the country and need to unlock the phone for other carriers oversees. I do that with AT&T phones too.So look on your samsung and see if its has either Tmo or AT then call them up for unlocking.You can use the excuses i always use

How to Unlock Samsung T619:
What you need to start is your Samsung T619 and a NON TMobile sim card. You can borrow a friend’s if you need one.
1 - Power the phone off
2. Remove the TMobile sim card
3. Insert the NON-TMobile sim card and replace the battery.
4- Turn on the phone, “wrong sim” should appear on the screen.
5-Dial *2767*3855# and wait. It could take the phone a few seconds to reboot. The phone will reboot,and the non T-Mobile SIM card in the phone will work,but this is only a TEMPORARY unlock step
