Question about Xerox DocuColor 3535 Copier
First start by power off the device and
unplugging it from the wall. Leave unplugged for about 1 min. and
then power back on. If the error is still there, look at the switch,
sensor, or actuator in the directed area. Look for a small piece of
paper, paper dust covering sensor or an actuator or switch out of
place. Clean or reposition as need.
Listen to the device, does it try to
feed the paper? If it tries to feed the paper but does not clean the
feed roller / tires with rubber restorer or a high alcohol cleaner. If this does not work you are looking at a clutch or motor problem. The worst case would be a board.
