the message I get on a black screen is pg-14 is this a block and how to I get rid of it as can not watch adult shows
I think I may have inadvertently hit the wront key

My tech said that a new tv would be cheaper is that your feeling-sorry about the delay replying b ut we have had brutal weather an black outs

Most of the channels on my tv that I try to watch say protected by tv-14 I have went in to the parental lock and made sure that everything was unlocked. What else can I do?

some one had entered a code in the tv for parental lock causing the tv not to show adults channel.take it to a tech to lift up the eeprom from out of the set and resolder it back,that will reset the tv.ask your family if any one of them had entered the code in the tv.if none of them remember then you will have to call the tech.good luck
