My front load washer used to beep when the load was done , it does not do this anymore , why? Frigidaire Front load

You need to replace the front control board. Its pretty expensive so how attached are you to the dings?

With any front load machine manufacturers suggest to leave the door open after cycles to help evaporate the water - this is even done in top loading machines nowadays. Also clean the unit with bleach water and rinse in high temp water cycles.

Beep coming from washing machine


You might have the end of cycle setting turned on. It will beep to let you know that the washer is done. Can turn off, under options on the control panel.

All the lights are on, but the door lock. We have unplugged it, doesn't help. Our washer is the front load, model LTF 2140ES0.

You need to replace the Motor controller speed asm part number 134149220 they are about 165.00. very easy part to replace you have to remove the back panel and the control board is on the bottom left side two scews and two plugs.
