Based off the information you have provided your Frigidaire washer is displaying an error code of E41 and the door is locked and will not open. An E41 error code means that your main control board thinks the door is open. I would recommend performing a reset on your washer and you can do that by disconnecting power from your washer for at least ten minutes.
