Re: cannot connect to video device
disconnecting the Camera from the USB port and reinstall the CD or
Downloaded software program. When the program asks you to connect
the camera to the USB port, do so and it should work.
to use it on the Web do this. Web Camera’s have to be
setup on the program they are to be used with. Just installing the camera
on your computer does not set it up to broadcast on messengers or Skype.

If you have audio cables from your source connected to the capture card, then your Recording device needs to be the Line In of the capture card.
If you connect the source to the Line In on the computer, then you use that as the default recording device. Until I set this, the default audio recording device was my microphone (not connected at the time). In Windows, you need the Manage Audio Devices Recording tab. (In Windows 7 and 8, it's under Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Sound > Manage Audio Devices.)
If you are recording something playing on your computer, then the stereo mix option may work.
You should be able to use any video&audio software if the drivers are compatible. Thus the software you used for the video recording should work. (Stereo mix may be an exception - not all sound cards actually work when you try to record that content.)
A connectivity check could provide the solution, notice any wrong wire connections on device or any other devices requiring interconnection. The woofer would perform properly when the connections that provide current for woofing are approapiate

2. The wiring connections should be sound and video ouput into sound and video output into woofer.

When there is no video after you hit start recording then go ahead and disconnect your dazzle device to your computer and then connect it back to another usb port. Go to your control panel, system,hardware, device manager and then sound video and games controller look for dazzle device video driver right click uninstall restart your computer afterwards. go back and open Instant DVD Recorder and choose the advance mode. On step number 1 select capture source then select your dazzle device. Open your camcorder play it make sure that the video image will now showing to your preview screen of your computer and then hit record now.
Disconnect the dazzle and then connect at the back of your computer and then try to this. Restart your computer Then uninstall your Instant dvd recorder and reinstall it again.
Please do this disconnect your dazzle then reconnect at the back of your computer. Click on Start>Control panel>system>hardware>device manager>sound and video games controller> right click on video capture device and uninstall it together with the audio. Restart your computer. Check also your audio cable connections. Then try it again.
Yes you can see the video using Instant DVD recorder program. Make sure on step number 1 you choose Dazzle device and then make sure that your vhs,camcorder is connected to your dazzle properly.If ever no video and still no video and no sound please do this. Disconnect your dazzle and then connect at the back of your computer Click on Start>Control panel>system>hardware>device manager>sound and video games controller> right click on video capture device and uninstall it. Restart your computer. After restarting check and do it again.
Check your audio device under device manager. By locate this check one.

Turn the power on on your camcorder and run it. Make sure that the video image showed on your preview screen. Try record it again.
You need to check your audio and video cable and make sure it is properly connected. Now if you found that there is no problem with your cable that is the time that you need to return the device to your reseller and asked for the replacement
