If you have changed Ink Cartridge and after changing Cyan Pink is not printing then you may resolve this issue by Cleaning Print Head, Sometimes due to clogged print head nozzles this problem may happens. By cleaning the Print head Nozzles, This problem may resolve. From the Printer Control Panel, Navigate to Maintenance, Press Up and Down arrow button to scroll Clean Print head or deep Clean Print Head and then Press OK.

You need to run a Head Cleaning cycle so printer can get rid of the old ink from your previous cartridge. Try running it from maintenance for at least twice or try printing pictures in between cleaning cycles.

try printing the nozzle check page.. you will be able to see which color that is missing... it should have Yellow , Megenta, Cyan and Black... if any one of the color is missing.. try performing head cleaning and after twice cleaning and still no improvement, very high possibility your print head is clogged..
Hello sir; Are you using remanufacture ink cartridge? if yes, why don't try brand name cartridge, if still don't work, my suggestion go buy a new machine much save more than send to the shop for repaire.
Assuming you have successfully eliminated cartridge/print head problems, the only other thing to try is to delete the printer software and reinstall [Start/Printers and faxes -right click on the printer icon click delete- install new printer -Have the software disk and handy or select from list- select maker, select model,]
I suspect the problem is still print head/cartridge however
