U can do one thing . if u r system is infected by virus, some unknown programs are running in background. kill that process through task-manager. just check how much CPU is used by that program and f it is using more kill it. then download avast 4.8 pro from avast.com and clean it.

cpu maybe overheating, check all fans are working, maybe a fault in motherboard. There should also before an error report log on your operating system which might give you a clue. try putting your hard drive into another pc (as a slave drive) and scan it for viruses before putting it back into your pc as the master again.
Please check your PC for any errors or virus in the system as the server might reject if there are systems logging in with malwares.
use a good anti virus and scan, Also to confirm try and log in from a friend's PC. If this works then the PC is having errors in the OS.
you have a malware/virus/worm, reboot and press the f8 key as soon as you see the splash screen, enter into safe mode, if you get to win safe mode run anti-virus software to remove and repair win registry, depending on what kind of infection you may be able to recover from it if not backup all of your work on flash drive ect, and re- install/recover your pc using the recovery disk.email me at; firstname.lastname@example.org
Boot the computer into safe mode. Run full-system anti-virus scans to ensure that the system is virus free and to remove any infections that may be present. Reboot system.
Instructions for booting into safe mode: 1) Start system 2) As system is starting, press F8 key 3) Boot menu will come up asking how you want to boot - choose Safe Mode and press ENTER 4) Your computer will start with limited services, no internet connection, etc. This will allow you to check the system and scan for viruses without interference from non-essential services.

If you have the cd that came with the system you might be able to boot off the cd into safe mode and from the sounds of it if you have nothin irreplaceable on the drive you might just want to format the drive and start over.
You can restore the computer to the factory original by using the Dell restore disk or Restore section of the HD. See owners manual for details.
The other poption you can try is to load or start it in a more limited capasity and the go to the Windows "Restore and restore it to an earlier time. Then run the antivirus.
