No Picture on my Webcam. Microphone works fine. Drivers installed
Camera installed fine but AMCAP program locks up when i try to use the camera to capture video. Also will not work in Skype. Microphone works fine but no video. Drivers are installed correctly. I can speak to friends in Skype but they cannot see me.

Here is the link to download the driver for your webcam. Click download and choose your operating system and select for 32bit or 64bit and scroll down and click download software then click save to start downloading the driver. After downloading, just double click the driver and install but before installing the driver unplug your webcam first and after installing plug your webcam to detect your webcam and to update your system. Then test your webcam that's all, have a nice day!
For using the webcam without skipe: Please download the Amcap.zip from http://www.download25.com/install/amcap.html. and Unzip it. Run the setup.exe. It will create "Amcap" in programs. click the Amcap to start the webcam.
Here are some troubleshooting steps you may want to try:
- Make sure you have installed the drivers for your Webcam following the
procedures listed in the Installation section of your manual.
- Make sure the USB connector for your Webcam is properly and securely
connected to an available USB 2.0 port on your computer.
- Make sure the "Preview" option is checked and enabled under Options in the

Ok it's pretty easy really... Download the "Drivers" and install them.. AFTER you have installed the software THEN plug in ya Camera... It may/will ask you for Drivers... Point it to where these "Drivers" are located... Windows should then find them and complete.. Reboot. upon reboot your device should be "Seen" and be "Working".
