Question about Bialetti 8853 Espresso Machine
Within several months of buying it our coffee maker failed to work-just kept emitting the error signal when it was switched on. It was replaced with the 6 cup version but it soon developed the same problem. Any suggestions?

SOURCE: Cleaning problems
Hi - I just clean mine with hot water (no soap), and dry it with a towel then leave it on the window sill... My problem is that the coffee can taste a bit metallic at times; and i want to know if I should be cleaning it after every time I use it... Suggestions?

There is a tiny pin at the top where the handle slides into a slot between 2 aluminum walls. That pin needs to be "punched" out. I used a nail and hammer, but a tiny nail punch might be safer if you have one.
