My electric just recently went out and when my stove came back on it's blinking F1 and E1. I can use my burners but not my oven. Can it be reset?

E1 and F1 mean the electronic control board has failed. Unfortunately other than resetting the breaker replacing the part is the only solution

Hello,
The F1 error code means a button on the touchpad is stuck, usually pushing clear/off will clear it. Since you have done that and it returns the touchpad needs to be replaced

Can not start my oven after self cleaning proceture

F1-E1 - EEPROM Checksum Error - Disconnect power for at least 30 seconds and then reconnect.
Allow at least a minute after power has been restored and if error code reappears, replace control board (clock).

F1 E1, replace Electronic Range Control.

In other words, the controller board has failed.

PF = Power Failure. Sounds like you have a bad electrical connection. With your breaker off, check that the connections from the cord to the range are all good and tight. Next, check the receptacle where the cord plugs in. Remove the cover and check the connections there as well. Examine the power cord also. There could even be a poor connection at the breaker box (at the circuit breaker or the neutral buss bar) but not as likely, as your problem appeared when you moved your range.

F1 - oven will not turn on

You can try turning the power off for a couple minutes then back on but this is typically caused by a stuck key or a faulty control board. Either way you're looking at needing a new control board.
Hope this helps.
