Hi, after searching for hours on the internet, then a little longer on my notepad I realised you use the function key for additional features - so for bluetooth hold down (Fn) in the left corner of the notepad then press (F11) at the same time, your bluetooth should switch on, then select the minimized icon to apply your settings!
Also if you're having trouble with your camera hold down (Fn) and (F6) at the same time, then camera should switch on!
you will see a blue light next to the webcam if it is enabled, and an amber light if the camera is in use (live). No light means it's disabled. As described below holding Fn and F11 will enable/disable the camera. If you have OSD enabled you will see a caption showing you the status of the camera for a few seconds.
it does not have built in Bluetooth, I took mine back to PC World stood about for 1.5 hours to be told it did not have it. This was December 31st they are still advertising this model as having Bluetooth ! Offered me my money back or bluetooth stick. Wrote to customer services waste of time said Shop manager had to sort out, been going round in circle since.
hold the Fn key located in the very bottom left hand corner and at the same time, press one of the F keys numbered 1-12 with the picture of a little webcam on it. a picture will appear in the right hand corner of the screen and this means that next time you click your webcam it should be on. the webcam key on my advent notebook is F6 and i have the model 4489, it may be different for other models.
i don't know how to do bluetooth - have a play with the other F keys.
