U first have to set the correct time of day. press and hold the (+) and (-) untill u put in the corerect time. dont forget its a 24 hr clock.if u make a mistake or press the wrong button.turn off the power supply for a minute or two then start again.

to enter the start time of your cooking, press and hold the button to the right of the bell symbol button (second on the left) and the + button at thee same time, untill your required 'cook time' shows, then press and hold the 3rd button to the left, ( the empty pot symbol) at the same time press (+) or (-) untill your required 'stop time' shows.
AUTO will show on the display. set the oven to the required temperature. when your cooking is finished the beeber will sound.
TURN THE OVEN KNOB TO 0 FIRST. then press the hand symbol button once to stop the beeb, press again to return to manual cooking.hope this helps!

I need to reset the clock for summertime but cant! Stoves rangemaster

push the button on the front of the stove that says "clock" and then turn the dial (same one you use for timer and oven temp) till you get the time you want, then LEAVE IT ALONE and it will set itself. Don't touch anything once you have the time set with the knob.

We had a power cut and can now not get either oven to work , the light in the hood and the grill and hotplate are still fine - it is classic 110 dual fuel is there aome kind of trip switch i can reset?

it is the timer. i take it that the display is blinking and no current time is seen? hold the 2 buttons on the left down together for a few secs, now the display will show 12:00 set it to the true time and you are good to go

Regardless of the clock running, if the timer is not set to zero and off, the oven will not function. See my instructions on using the timer (http://www.fixya.com/support/t1416237-timer_instructions_rangemaster_toledo) I hope that this is your problem and it will show you how to get the oven going again.

we had the same problem - a power cut then the clock flashed up 'auto' preventing the oven from working.
After downloading the manual from the rangemaster website we learnt that all you need to do (for the classic dual fuel anyway) is to press in the 2 buttons on the left and set the time using the + or - keys. Dead easy and Christmas dinner is back on!
