Re: Program won't launch
Did you upgrade with the old version on already? If you did then you should not be running into any problems, if you are just trying to run the upgrade on it' own or trying to run an upgrade not meant for your version of roxio then it may not work and cause conflicts. Check with roxio's website for all requirements for this upgrade, if you still hit a brick wall then contact customer service at roxio for further advice and assistance.

Try uninstalling Roxio and the Sonic drives and run Fixit. Then reboot and install Roxio first then the Sonic driver.
If this doesn't work uninstall again as previously, install Roxio and check the CD/DVD if necessary run Fixit then install Sonic driver.
That's very true of a lot of software. You need to buy a later version that is Vista compatible. If you purchased your program from Roxio, they might offer some kind of upgrade price. There are also several free open-source CD/DVD burner programs available for download that you could look into. A Google search will help you locate some possibilities.
Install the software again and then try. if you did not get successed plz maintain the error time which time this error accure. at the first run this program. and the between when you create a cd or dvd.
Your computer is a good one, so is Roxio a good software. but it seems like a compatability problem. Roxio likes Vista, but does windows like Roxio? I would run a compatability test, windows will do it free.
have you tried changing the compatibility of roxio. All you do is left click the main folder in which all the Roxio 10 suite is install go to compatibility tab and check box next to run this program in compatibility mode make sure that in the box under this it says window xp sp2 then hit apply. If this doesn't work let me know if you are using the 64 or the 32 windows vista and i can help more.
are you sure is the full version of the program.. If some or most features are not avaliable (greyed out) you may have a demo version, a shareware version or most likely a system requirement has not been met some some features may not be avaliable to you.
