It sounds like it is the laser is gone bad or need a good cleaning if you smoke the ashes can get in the slot were you put the cd and clog the laser.

I get a loading error when trying to load cd's. is there anything i can do to fix it myself

In my 2005 Ford 500, I get the same thing part of the time. I have a six CD player. The CD player does not recognize a legitimate CD. My solution has been to eject and re-insert. If the CD player does not recognize that I put a CD in and will not eject, I simply tell it I want to load in that position and it will eject. Short of replacing the unit, I do not have a repair solution. You may want to try a cleaning disc. I did but still have the problem but less often.

Ive put in an cd, tried to rip it, but now my pc wont eject it..the light that used tp flash is off now

Try rebooting the machine, and if not, some drives have a little hole next to the eject button, where you can insert a small pin and manually eject CD.

See if the cd is not fully inserted, take another cd and gently try to put it into the cd player to push any stuck cds back in. If this does not work you will need to replace the radio.

When i put a cd in my DRX7575z cd player it comes up with error 6 i have radio function but no cd

Error 6 means your laser isn't reading disc. Needs replaced pick up laser. I would try first to insert a clean up CD, and test your Cd player with an original CD, if the problem persist, you have to go to fix it to a specialist.
