Question about Canon imageRUNNER 8500 Copier
I have this problem when i make a bunch of copies, so i have to turn off then on the copier, to be able to continue working, i need to solve this problem, Tahnk you
Dear sir;The error code you submit its means " main controller board " have problem, but don't worry let's try to reset it just follow the steps;
1, select service mode @ for service additional functions key.
2, press "*" key, 3, press "2" & "8" at the same time.
4, press "*", 5, press "copier" then press "function" then press "clear", then press "err" final press "OK"
6, turn power off and back on again. your machine should on working condition, If not please let me know, otherwise be generous rating me. thank you,
