there is a splined adjustment just under the handle of the 3175.
you need to remove the handle, usually held on with an allen screw
once you remove the handle, there will be a black "stop" held on with a screw, remove that, but remember its position.
once that is off you can adjust the temperature. there will be 2 white pieces, one has splines, you can move this counter clockwise one or two notches at a time untill you reach your desired termp.
be careful not to go too much, even though these are an anti scald valve, you are letting more hot water through it.
This is a common problem with this type of shower mixer valve. They are not very good at regulating with pressure change. Your options are somewhat limited to not flushing the toilet or using any other taps when in use, repalce the mixer valve for a modern ceramic unit or installing a 2 vane hot & cold shower pump.
buught sink taps same problem do they have flexy conectors with them. my problem was as they are american hot @ cold water suply are maines fed so hole in bottom of taps [or in flexy pipes are too small
There is a handle limit stop under the handle. Remove the handle with an allen wrench and you should see a plastic piece with a tab on it fit into the assembly. Remove it and rotate it slightly to allow more travel in the handle and reinsert. You will have to test it to see if it allows enough hot water to mix in. If it is still not warm enough repeat as needed. Once you have the water at a comfortable temperature reinstall the handle and enjoy.
hi i think the problem is the temp has not been adjusted to your requirements as it will come factory set at 43 deg c so you will probably need to get it adjusted by the guys who fitted it as it wiil need to be set by a professional.
