I reinstall windows xp for my laptop siemens amilo pro v 2010 and even if the small signal light of wireless is working i can't see the small network signal on the taskbar, and more in network connections wireless does not exist,
is it because is missing any driver, or what? pls help

Did you reinstall all drivers from the recovery CD? Windows should have detected the wireless card and installed the software for it and notify you automatically of nearby networks without any further software being installed.
Have a look at the bottom of your laptop and you should see a Windows label which will have the Produce key printed on the label.
Borrow a Windows installation CD, must be the same as the Windows version that is printed on the label eg. Windows XP Home, or Windows XP Professional or one of the Windows Vista versions.
Use this CD to reinstall Windows on your laptop.
If you haven't got a Windows label, you need to purchase a new Windows install CD or if you have a old version of Windows 98 or ME to can purchase a Windows Vista upgrade which is much cheaper than buying a new Windows Vista.
