You can call Panasonic at 1-800-405-0652. Be ready to give them model and serial numbers to find out availability of replacement remote. Good luck ( with the remote and your son) !
audio/video OUT from the cable box to the aux IN on the panasonic right? So you can see the output from the cable box but only sound from dvd. Are you changing the input on the tv when you go from watching the cable box to watching the DVD? the panasonic handles audio, but the video from each goes to two different inputs on the sony. I hope none of this sounds condescending.
have you got the cable box video out (yellow RCA) connected to the video input on the panasonic? What kind of tv is it? Is the tv displaying the input that the panasonic is connected to? If "progressive" is selected, it will not display on a standard definition tv. Does it matter which mode the panasonic is in (CD/DVD)? I guess I'm just asking for more info ;-)
do serch on makers website like charter.net then see if they have codes for remote for your model dvd player if so they give u code u can email cust support ther also
I had a jammed disc that was causing this same error message. To remove the jammed disc, remove the top by removing the screws and then you can remove the stuck/jammed discs. For the Panasonic SC-PT750 there are 7 screws, three small silver ones on the back, then 4 black ones, two on each side, all philips head. Once you have that off, gently pry it off starting from the back, the cover is actually hinged into the front plastic piece of the player.
