Question about Xerox Phaser 8560DN Laser Printer
I turned it off, then on after 10 minutes. There is still no menu on the LED panel.
Contact Xerox @ 1 800 835 6100 and once you get to a person on the prompts. tell them your serial number and inform them your control panel is not working. They will send out a new one free of charge.
