Hallo sir i want to use jvm.tmp for my netfront browser on pocket pc which is running on windows mobile 6.1 os. in this os i want to run jvm.tmp as i am trading in shares but because of non jvm.tmp i cant get latest rate and i am lossing so much money. i tried on google also but i am helpless plzzzzzzzzzz help me my mail id is firstname.lastname@example.org. thank u sir

well...the CD you are talking about can be procured from another user or from your phone's official home-page(if any). The upgrade for windows 5/6/6.1 is possible only if your pocket pc has at least 128 of RAM 64 ROM and a processor of at least 300MHz(i tested under these conditions and it worked fine for win 5 mobile and it worked a bit sloe for win 6).For win6.1 you require double the amount of resources. Plus of that, I don't recommend you upgrading because the fact that your device is a bit old can be an important factor for this upgrade.
You can't change it. Why? Because the Chinese mobile doesn't have enough ram (64, 128, 256)MB to run OS system such as the windows mobile 5.0 or 6 or even doesn't have processor such as pocket pc (200,400,...)MHz so no point in trying to change the OS system which has
Pocket PC OSes cannot be upgraded to "mainstream" Windows XP or Vista as they are completely different hardware architectures (just like you can't run Windows Mobile on your home PC). In some cases you can upgrade your pocket pc to a more recent version of windows mobile (the OS on the PocketPC). To see if there is an upgrade in Windows Mobile 6.0 (the latest as of this writing), check with acer.
