Toshiba Digital Still Camera PDR 3320 i guess you tested the battery, with a voltmeter? yes it is old. the manual is here,... 16 years old, is no spring chicken. so battery is first on all things old battery first.
new it came with these options 4 x AA: Alkaline, NiMH, or Lithium which do you have, try AA batteries first alkalien so no need to charge them an can't
it needs smart media card to work. it must be formatted in the camera, never in a PC. so with 4 new AA batteries, alk does the screen come on? it must. or this puppy is toast.
Note that any Gateway older than a few years ago is impossible to find drivers for -- Gateway sold all the inventory of parts and the service-contracts to a company that went bankrupt. The bankruptcy-trustee has "wound-up" that company, and tried to sell the inventory of parts, and all the software device-drivers, to maximize the value to the creditors of that company.
Hey elvenkaiser, Unfortunately, BestBuy.com does not currently have a way to track store inventory on a real-time basis. Whenever a product appears online as being available for store pickup, this may be based on information that is several hours old. Please keep in mind however that once you receive an order confirmation e-mail from BestBuy.com, the product has been confirmed as being available on-site at your local store and has been reserved for you. If you'd like the most up-to-date information regarding product availability, I'd strongly suggest contacting your local store for further assistance. Alternatively, you can always call our Consumer Relations department at 888-BEST-BUY (888-237-8289) and an agent should be able to help you find what you’re looking for. Sincerely, Aaron Go Ahead. Sorry, but we are all screwed with the Toshiba PDR-3310. They discontinued the camera and never upgraded to Vista so if you can even find a fix for the XP version, good luck. It seems that Toshiba does not want to provide any assistance or customer service when it comes to their products that are older.
