Question about Computers & Internet
Go to Start -> Control Panel -> System -> Hardware -> Device Manager.
Do you see any yellow markers with Exclamation points in them?
If so you need to reinstall the drivers.
IF not ---
got to Start -> Control Panel -> Sounds and Audio Devices
Check to make sure all the volumes are turned up.
And also make sure the volume is up with the physical volume buttons on your keyboard.
