Probably the projector lamp is getting old. There should be a menu with the hours of life left (or already used). Change the lamp (or let it change by a service). It could be expensve!

PT-61LCX65 lamp light flashing. Believe I need to change lamp and reset? Could you tell me how to reset?

Check the owner's manual to be sure. The troubleshooting section should list the meaning of the flashing lights. Typically this is a bad lamp indicator or a lamp life indicator. The replacemetn lamp should include the instructions for replacing the lamp and resetting the lamp life counter.

Panasonic HDTV 1080i Lamp out Panasonic 1080i 42" HDTV - - saying "lamp needs to be replaced, reset lamp" - - what does this mean and how do I fix it??

If the lamp is actually out - replace it - if the lamp is still working just reset the lamp hours - at 10,000 hours it automatically says that but it is just the lamp time needing a reset.
