SOURCE: Reset Lexmark E250dn IP address

Yes you can, but you need to lock that ip in your router to so its always goes to your printer.

Just make sure that your router dosent use that ip for it self, the usal ip for a router is 192.168.0.0 or 192.168.0.1, but you never know. Check it to be shure!

SOURCE: Just installed printer, all lights are still

Did you actually unplug the machine and back in? That works sometimes. Also note that Lexmark is very good about helping and will sometimes send a new machine for free (the profits from the ink cartridges are the money makers for them) Call them.

All front panel lights blink

This light sequence means that the printer has a service error, and printing has stopped.

Please Press Continue button (green button) twice to see the secondary code. The secondary error code will help locate the problem. Please take note which light will be flashing for this will reveal what problems you have on the printer.

Hi, my name is alex a Computer - printer technician i have a lexmark e250dn all lights are blinking, indicating a service error ,sometimes all the lights are just on and not blinking ,i have tried to...

If you can see an error code and let us know, that would be good.
Failing which, you could try re-seating the cables connecting the print head, fan, etc to the system board.
If the error was due to low voltage, your printer might have started working again by now. :)

My Lexmark E250DN said it needed a new Photoconductor so we replaced and it still says we need a new photo conductor, How do I fix this?

Whenever you replace the photoconductor unit, remember to reset the PC counter. With the printer powered on, open the front door/cover. Press and hold the cancel button until all the lights flash. This indicates that the photoconductor page count has been reset. Hope this helps. Thank you for choosing Lexmark.

I insert a new potoconductor but still giving potoconductor

After replacing the photoconductor kit, you will need to reset the photoconductor page count by simply pressing and holding down the CANCEL button while th printer is on and the front door cover is open until all the lights flash. This indicates that the photoconductor page count has been reset. Hope this helps. If you need more assistance, leave a comment and I'll get back to it. Thanks.

HAVE REPLACED BOTH THE PCU & THE TONER IN MY LEXMARK E250DN PRINTER BUT STILL KEEP GETTING ERROR MSG TO REPLACE PCU IT HAS REACHED THE END OF IT'S LIFE

you need to reset the counter. the new pcu should have come with instructions to do this. 1. Turn off the printer. 2. Open the front cover. 3. Press and hold the Continue button (Big silver button with Diamond shape symbol) and turn the printer on. 4. Hold the button down until the last light (error light) is on solid, release the button and close the front cover. 5. When the cover is closed, all the top 3 lights should be on solid. 6. Press the cancel button (triangle symbol) 4 times very slowly until you see the toner low light (second light from top) on solid. 7. Press the continue button and wait until you see the light sequence. 8. Press the cancel button and wait until you see the light sequence. 9. Finally power off the printer and power it back on to exit the configuration mode.
