There are no vacuum lines for the HVAC , electroniclly controlled .
Mode Actuator
The mode actuator is an electronic stepper motor with feedback potentiometers. The HVAC control module sends signals to the mode door actuator through the mode door control circuit. Zero volts drives the actuator in one direction while 5-volts moves the actuator in the opposite direction. When the actuator receives 2.5 volts, the actuator rotation stops. A 5-volt reference signal is sent out over the 5-volt reference circuit to the mode actuator. When you select a desired mode setting, logic determines the value of the mode actuator signals. The HVAC control module's software uses this reference voltage in order to determine the position of the mode actuator through the mode door position signal circuit. The motor moves the mode door to the desired position.
Defrost Actuator
The defrost actuator operates the same as the mode actuator. The HVAC control module sends signals to the mode door actuator through the defrost door control circuit. Zero volts drives the actuator in one direction while 5-volts moves the actuator in the opposite direction. When the actuator receives 2.5 volts, the actuator rotation stops. A 5-volt reference signal is sent out over the 5-volt reference circuit to the defrost actuator. When you select a defrost setting, logic determines the value of the defrost actuator signals. The HVAC control module's software uses this reference voltage in order to determine the position of the mode actuator through the defrost door position signal circuit. The motor moves the defrost door to the desired position.
I'm sorry to hear you're having difficulty with your DC18. If the stabiliser doesn't seem to be locking the machine upright, I'd encourage you to get in touch with us directly, as we'd appreciate the opportunity to provide further assistance.
You can reach us on 0800 298 0298 (UK), or 1-866-693-9766 (US) - it will be useful if you can have the machine to hand when you call.
if you have a manual check where your feed dog knob is, push the knob in the opposite direction,,if that doesn't help then something may be wrong with the feed dogs,,you should be able to see the feed dogs in the needle plate area & to feel them with your fingers.
you may need to have the machine serviced at a sewing shop
Hi I have seen several scrap fan motors because one did not ask which way but just tried! You are clever by checking first
There are two ways I determine the correct way!
1) See whether there is a piece of the thread sticking out past tghe nut. See whether you can make our the threads/. The threads are slanted!
Turn the nut in the direction that will slide it along the threads in the direction that you want ot to exit!
2)
Remember that the fan nut & direction was designed as a self tightening mechanism.
If you look at the shape of the blades, ou can figure out which way the motor have to turn to propell the wind in the correct direction. now imagine, you are holding the fan, and the bmotor is trying to turn the fan. See what way you have to oppose the motor's push. That way is tight! So turn the nut in the opposite direction.

it may be possible that you don't have to remove the lens cover to replace the bulb, in most modern vehicles the bulbs come out from inside the trunk by turning the fitting & pulling the bulb out & replace it the same way by putting it back in & turning it in the opposite direction to lock it in place.......hope this helps......cheers.
The wheels are driven by the spinning of the water wand. Turning the tips so the wand spins either clockwise or counter clockwise will determine which direction your sprinkler will travel. If it's going backwards, turn the tips so the wand spins in the opposite direction it is spinning now.
The only solution to this problem would be to contact Sony directly and order a stand.
TVs are sold in the box with one single stand and the electronics stores don't receive extra stands to sell to customers. Ordering a stand from the manufacturer generally costs less than $100.
That ring at the end of the chain is supposed to connect to the rubber flap directly at one side of the flap is where it connects to the stand pipe, sort of a hinge. directly opposite of that should be a small hole molded into the flap. if there isn't any it probably wore off. You can replace just the flap if this is the case. About 5 bucks or so.
