Question about Hunter Low Profile III 20807 Ceiling Fan
The entire cord is out. I am unsure how to replace the switch as I do not have any manuals for the fan so I am even unsure of the model number.
Turn off circuit breaker to fan. Remove bottom cover plate. Remove thumb nut holding switch in place. Examine switch. Places where wires push in should be numbered. Write down number and coresponding wire color. Remove wires from switch. Take switch with you. Walmart carries some switches but if you can't find it there go to a Locke supply store. Know how many speeds the fan iswhen you go looking. Reassamble in reverse order.
