Question about Sanyo DS35510 35" TV
This is actually a Sanyo DS35580.
The problem began about 3 weeks ago with 1" of lines. Now it is 2" and increasing daily.
Hi and welcome to FixYa,
Offhand, on most TVs, your described issue indicates that the Pump Up capacitor has slowly leaked and/or nearing end of life (dried up). This capacitor would be located very very near the Vertical Deflection IC and would be the biggest of the bunch of capacitor within that immediate area.
Good luck and Thank you for using FixYa.
