You do that in Outlook, or Thunderbird, or whatever email software you are using. After you open it, there should be a "forward" option/button click on it and enter the email address you want to send it to and click send.
What format is the receipt is it an email message is it on your screen. Is it a PDF file. Most likely right click on receipt link and select save target or save link.or save link.. Or function FN then Print Screen on keyboard and then open paint program and paste off clipboard and crop screen print and then save file. Then attach file to an email message and send to third party.
If it is an email message just select Forward in email options and email to third party.
Open your email client and start typing the email such as who it is going to, the subject and whatever you want to say in the body of the email. Look for a link, tab or button somewhere on it that says Attach. Click Attach and then you will have the option to Browse anywhere on the computer to find the file, document, picture that you want to attach. 99% of the time the things you want to attach can be found in the My Documents or Documents folder or My Pictures or Pictures folder. Once you find the file you want to attach, click on it and click OK. You will be taken back to your email client and it will attach the file and you can actually see the attachment. Once it is attached, click Send
It's psossible your e-mail client may not accept attachments beyond a certain size (mBytes). Try sending the email with your attachments to yourself and see what happens. You can then try reducing the number of pictures you send at once.
Also, make sure your email program permits attachments. Some companies (if not your personal email) restrict this use.
Have no worries.. Times are changing right along with software and how they run. More security is necessary in todays world. One of the most common ways to acquire a Virus, is through EMAIL. Therefore it has come now that Each Email Provider may have differrent ways to Combat the Virus Treats. One of them being preventing Links from being fowarded through EMAIL. If you KNOW IT IS SAFE, Try CUTTING (to clipboard) the section you wish to FOWARD, and generate a NEW Email and PASTE the body of the Email, address, and send it off that way. GOOD LUCK!!! and PLEASE RATE MY SOLUTION, K? THANK YOU- Lucky4lynn2 :)
Rather than forward the email, cut the contents and paste it into a new email. Hotmail might be rejecting it because what you are forwarding may contain a virus. Don't forward any attachments with out scanning them for viruses, plus make sure you are sending to an exisitng hotmail account. You may have typo-ed the email address. Where did this email originate, is it something that has a bazzillion previous forwarding addresses? Good chance it is infected.
