above the blue numeric keys 2/3 there is a button with a small box with 123 in it this takes you in and brings you out of the USER TOOLS MENU.

change then ok it once done exit by the 1st button you started with...USER TOOL BUTTON. all the best....

Tools' is displayed Press 'OK' Press '2222' Press 'OK' Press right/left until '7. User Parameters' is displayed Press 'OK' '1. Change' should be displayed - Press 'OK' Now 'Refer Op. Manual: Switch 00 :xxxx xxxx' should be displayed; use the right/left arrow until 'Switch 02 :xxxx xxxx' is displayed (xxxx being a bunch of 1's and 0's). When 'Switch 02' is displayed, the third digit from the RIGHT should be a 0. Press the '2' key, and that digit should change to a 1. Press the 'OK'' key. You should be back at the 'User Parameters' menu - just press the 'User Tools' key to return to the standby display. Presto, try it out!
Hi there the error code that you are getting appears to be for the left lock where the fuser is make sure that the door is shut fully and turn the machine off then on again if this doesn't work then it is more likely to be the laser unit and this will need replacing.
I haven't found a way to print a TX report for a specific date. However there is a way to set the machine to generate an activity report at a certain time each day. Press "MENU" , 2-4-2, and you should be able to select the interval for your report by pressing the "OR" key (24 HOURS in this case). Hit "MENU" again and then enter the time you wish the report to print (24 hr format). "MENU", "STOP" and that should give you a report you can use each day.
