as far as I know the best way to transfer files from and to Motorola L6 is through bluetooth.

I am currently using Motorola L6 and the software i have can let me connect to the net, transfer contacts and synchronize it with my PC.

if that is what you want then let me know.

If it is not recognize your phone please see that your pc have service pack 2 installed (SP2) if not then install it and it will solve your problem

Motorola L6 just like V3 and other older models isn't directly recognized by windows and because of this
you need a special software designed for Motorola phones called Mototools.

Mototools 6 runs on any windows version from Windows 98 to XP. You can download it by clicking here.

The installation process is simple and takes only a few minutes to setup. Once you've installed it connect your phone to your PC and open up Mototools which will act like a file manager between your PC and your phone.

have you tried downloading the software off of limewire or frostwire. those are two that i have used with my balckberry.
