Question about Emagic EMI 6|2m External Sound System

6to4 adapter error

Anytime i fix my network cabel i have this browsing error and i checked my drivers manager which i found my microsoft 6to4 adapter error. Can someone please help me.

Try installing it manually. Right click computer icon in desktop or start menu -->choose manage --> go to Device Manager --> Find the Audio device that has a Exclamation mark, Right click on the icon and choose update drive. A Hardware update wizard will pop-up tick the last circle that says no, not at this time ->install from a list of specific location ->Search for best driver in these locations tick the include this location in search box and then click Browse.. Choose where the Audio driver is located (either the driver CD or in your computer) and click next.

Hi, my laptop is lenovo g550 and when i am trying to install audio driver then its showing the error media device for this driver not found, and even no question mark is showing on the device...


If you run XP SP2 you have to install KB888111 first.

After that (or if you have SP3 already) you need to install driver manually - in Device Manager chose "Update driver" for audio device and chose "I'll load driver manually", then tell Windows to show all drivers and tell you have a disk, navigate to unpacked Audio driver folder where you chose an *.inf-file that contains description of your audiocard. That will do the trick.

Can't install audio driver


Hi!

Please try several things:
1. Try to delete your device from device manager if it exists there: right click on "My Computer" -> Manage -> device manager. Then - right click -> Scan for hardware changes, insert media with your driver software and/or let windows automatically search for driver.
2. Try to reboot in Save mode (reboot, press F8 until booting mode selection appears and choose save mode) and install driver in save mode.
3. If none of above helps - try to update your Windows XP and then try to install driver.
4. Try to change audio adapter physical slot - open your PC and just insert it to other PCI slot (also - de-dust your slots before :) ).
5. Try to unpack driver and manually select it during windows driver installation process (choose not to connect to internet when wizard asks -> Install from a specific location -> Don't search I will choose the driver to install -> Have disk -> browse -> select .inf file and click ok).

Select Don't Search, I will choose the driver to install,

For the Hardware Type select 'Show All Devices'

Remove the check from "Show Compatible Hardware" and click on "Have Disk".

Next...browse to the unzipped folder and choose the "WiSVHe5.inf".

Ignore XP when it complains.
Reboot.
