Question about Dell OptiPlex GX280 PC Desktop
I have a Dell Optiplex GX150 pc I think it has a virus, I want to solve it myself, the problem is that when I turn the pc on get myself logged in and wait for the desktop to load up, everything freezes the keyboard wont respond and sometimes the mouse I can even restart the pc at the button as it doesn’t respond. I tried to download Norton but I didn’t get very far. Please help. Ernesta
You'll need to get an antivirus product....and install it in Safe Mode
