the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

My new phone a Samsung Gusto is not pairing to my Plantronics 233 bluetooth? Is it compatible?

Hi, to be sure if the blue tooth wll be compactible with Samsung Gusto, you will need to use the below instructions first after trying out the instruction and still does not work, that means it's not compactible with it.

instruction:

Read the owners manual for your bluetooth device. You will need to find the code to pair your headset to your phone. This code is usually 0000 (those are zeroes) but verify before you proceed.

Enter your bluetooth option on your cell phone. These can be found in your menu under "bluetooth," "connections," "settings," or something similar.

Turn on your bluetooth headset and put it in pairing mode. Pairing mode means the bluetooth is ready to be found by your cell phone. To pair your headset, follow the owners manual for your specific bluetooth model.

Select "add device" or "search for new device" from your cell phone. Your cell phone will then search for your bluetooth. Once it is found, or discovered, you will need to enter the pairing code (most likely 0000, check your manual to verify).

Select "connect" to finalize the connection if the bluetooth headset didn't connect automatically after the pairing code was entered. Make a test call with your bluetooth in your ear to ensure it is connected properly.

Good luck..

First of all, go into Settings and then Wireless & Network settings on your Droid X, then push Turn on Bluetooth. The check mark in the box should be green once its on. Then click Bluetooth Settings. Meanwhile, turn on your headset by sliding the power switch towards the microphone. The light should flash blue and red. Now go back to your phone and push Scan for Devices, at which point you should see something like "XXXPlantronicsHeadsetXXX". Push that, and it should work. IF it asks you for a passcode, its 0000. How can I conect to my HTC wildfire when searching my phone cant find my plantronics Many thanks

You have to put your blue tooth device into discovery mode,Most blue tooth manufactures use the power button by holding it down for 6 to 10 seconds when turning the device on,then when you are searching they will pair ,now you will be asked for a pin or pairing code. Most blue tooth device manufactures use a factory pin pairing code they are as follows 0000,1234,1111,or 9999 i hope this helps

Samsung SGH-A707 - Phone Freeze, sim unavailable (at&T)

Your best bet would be to take it to a local mobile store to unfreeze it. You should've got it unlocked while in the US by calling AT&T and you could have done it for free. Sorry.
