Check the specification of your MP3 player to determine the type of video file format it uses. Most common video files that MP3 players use are, AVI and WMV, there may be others such as FLV, MOV and DivX. If your player cannot play a video then it is an incompatible video file format, then you need to convert that video file to a format that your MP3 player uses. After video conversion then copy the video files to your MP3 player using the USB cable from your computer. My mp3 has a messed up screen, I charged it and the screen is fuzzy. I have tried to reset it several times and it does the same thing, you can't see anything on the screen.
Hi creer_mariah Sounds to me like you have the wrong format for the songs to play properly on your MP3 player. Your player only supports MP3 and WMA type audio files (non-encrypted). You may have to change the format of your songs to play on your MP3 player. If you have to change format of the audio files, you can download a FREE format converter at this page: http://formatoz.com/ For information on your MP3 player go to this webpage: http://www.triomp3.com/media-players/mp3-mp4-players/t2810c/ Please take time to rate me Bud
