Yes. I'm sure it's available on Fujifim UK's website.
Simply go to Service and Support select your model number and the necessary drivers should be available.

If this doesn't work you may have to buy a card reader but I'd try contacting their service dept first to see if they have a suggestion.

My computer doesn't recognize my finepix jx310 camera

Try NOT connecting your camera to your computer.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program such as Picasa.

I'm trying to get the images downloaded from the camera to the computer but can't find the right software. I'm on windows vista and nothing is working! Help?

You might not need a software.
Connect the camera to the computer.
Switch on the camera.
Open 'my computer' on your desktop.
You will see an additional icon for the camera.
Open it and browse until you find the photos folder.
Select the files you want (Ctrl+A to select all files) and copy (Ctrl+C).
Open a folder or create a new folder in your computer and paste the photos (Ctrl+V).

If you are looking for a software, FinePix Viewer is the one for you.
Download it from the FujiFilm website. http://www.fujifilm.com/support/digital_cameras/software/

My pictures won't download off my fujifilm AV190 camera. I downloaded the software that came with the camera but the program doesn't open up when the camera is connected to the computer.

The camera must be off when you first connect the USb cord to the computer. Then turn on the camera. The lcd should show USb mode. It does take time for the software to engage even with a powerful computer.

How do I upload my pictures from camera to computer? My PC is not recognizing my camera when plugged in to the port. Am I perhaps missing a program?

Ok, yes you need to download and install the Fuli FinePix software from this link below.

Download and install this software then reboot, at desktop next, connect up camera,it should install the driver, then when done, reboot, this time at desktop, run the software and you will be able to copy and manipulate your camera.
Also when the drivers have been installed, you will see new "Drives" appear in My Computer, now as such, these drives can be used as a normal drive, copy/cut/paste from to anywhere so also you can use that to transfer files too.

I got a pink Fujifilm Finepix Z20fd and pictures won't download

You don't have to use the software that came with the Fujifilm. I have the same camera. If you're on a laptop that has a slot for SD cards, (if you have an SD card) you can just put your card straight into your computer and load the pictures that way. Also, if you have an SD card reader, you can use that. And if you're on a desktop without either of those options; once you plug your camera into your computer, go to your start menu and click 'My Computer,' then your camera should come up as a removable disk device in the folder. From there, you can drag and drop the pictures onto your desktop or your My Pictures folder.
