Seems as if the BIOS has become corrupted, the BIOS may need to be flashed. Also try to get the system to original hardware state, ie when you had no problems.

I bought a Compaq Computer, 2.0Ghz, 256MB, 20GB for my College project. When i put the power on, it restarts almost immediately (so many times repeatedly). Then after such reboots, it successfully brings a message "1801 - Microcode Patch Error" and a F1-Boot directive.
