Elonex as a notebook maker are no more. They now make advertising screens. You bought yourself a paperweight. I would sell it on as fast as you can. It runs Linux operating system.
switch off.wait for 5 mins.
press & hold power button till it turns on then off.
ifno luck try this-
switch on by pressing power button while holding volume + and -.
keep hold of both until powers on.
can take few mins.

Try ebay. Just but in the search box "Elonex LCD Bezel". The are easy to replace. Most screws on the Bezel are hidden by a rubber bumper or something that you can use a safety pin or real small flat head screw driver to pry off.
If you are just trying to open the elonex prosentia PC case. there should just be some thumb screws on the back should just be 2 on the left or right. more than likely on the right if your facing it from the back. than the Side panel should just slide right out.
