FAX Magic 5 Primo: How can I reset the chip?

Hi; I have an Philips Magic 5 Primo White (PPF 632). Now there is a warning that indicates that soon will finish the ink roll

For this reason I need reset the chip, or enter in service menu.

Does anyone know how I can do?
Thanks

Basically i have a philips magic 5 thermal fax, the only thing i use it for is to create tattoo stencils using Spirit thermal paper. the paper has its own ink paper attatched so i dont need to use the ink roll, i can wind the used roll back onto the reel to trick the machine but this plug n print card is my problem. Is there a way i can reset the card back to thinking its full.

SOURCE: insert card

Guys for thoses of you that have other types of this machine , As i have it,s not the same type as agustin which i want to thank for sending this post as it has help me, But as my philps magic series 5 primo is a different modal i had an old bank card in my wallet or if you have anything with that type of chip on it, then cut the card to the right size and shape to fix your machine (BUT DO IT BIT BY BIT) Till it,s the correct size and shape and just insert it into the machine and close the lid, As i have just done and to my amazment it (WORKED) !!!!!!!!!!!!! and now it,s back to normal and fully working, If you need an image of my card shape and size just email me and ill send you an scanned image of it for you to work with.

SOURCE: how to refill my paper in the fax machine

Just from looking at the picture there should be a release, probably along the front which allows the wholw top to lift up. You should see the empty roll near the back. Since thermo faxes only print on one side of the paper (shiny), make sure the new roll is put in properly. Most feed "over the top" rather than 'from the bottom"

Hidden service menu

some faxes, such as Philips primo / magic 3 have hidden service menus.<br /><br />There in menu 97 submenu CARD TEST 1 you can turn off the plug-n-print card such as PFA331. now you can spool back the inkfilm for reuse and sell your unspent chip card at ebay.
