I have a solution. If it is an inbuilt webcam u'll get in the laptop itself. Click on the start button and in the start serach type as recovery manager and select the advanced options. U'll find an option hardware driver reinstallation. Select the option and also search for the webcam driverand re-install it. Hope this will work
