Question about Sony Ericsson XPERIA X1 Smartphone
Hey Guys!!, I just got a new actually second hand Xperia x1 from one of my family relatives and was in really good condition during his use but it accidentally fell from him and now its touch is not working!!!! any help would be greatly honored! i wasso excited to get the mobile but unfortunately..... so plz???
Digitizer is busted. You can try to pull it apart using a guitar pick and check the ribbon cable, but it's probably a goner. Sorry for your loss, touchscreens hate falls.

Had someone else with the same problem, it's similar to a PC locking up when it is performing too many operations at once and the processor gets tired of waiting for ram to provide info. He deleted alot of old applications, contacts, and anything that is old or not needed. Then he took out the battery and reinserted it and it works fine. Not sure if it will work for your Sony, but it's worth a try. If that doesn't work you may have to do a reset on the phone. Good luck!

Do a hard reset on the phone and that will restore it to its factory default:
While the phone is off -hold down the front left and right buttons on the X1 and insert your stylus into the soft reset hole all at the same time.
After that you will see a blue screen says to press R to reset and delete all my existing stuff. Then you will have to calibrate the screen
